I used to be sure that my house was the best in the neighborhood.

I mean, I’ve spent all the years I’ve lived here making some serious upgrades, repairing everything that went wrong, and even doing some major work on the backyard. I have a good idea of how much I’ll be able to sell this house for, and I was sure it’s more than my neighbors would get.

So when my neighbor Kevin put his house on the market for a premium price… I just about spit out my morning coffee!

My Neighbor’s Backyard Pushed Me To Make A Big Change

I couldn’t be caught lacking like this, and I needed to do something. So I wrote down the brand Kevin was using and left. The second I got home, I went to their website.
